The Dobot CRA Entry Level Education Package is a practice-oriented training station for training and teaching in the field of collaborative robotics. The platform realistically reproduces typical industrial tasks and enables learners to get started with automation, gripping technology and robotics programming. Thanks to its modular design, typical work processes such as pick-and-place, sorting or defined storage processes can be implemented directly.
The compact training station was specially developed for educational environments such as universities, training centers or technical training courses. It allows the safe and structured learning of robotics basics and at the same time provides a stable platform for advanced automation exercises.
Practical robotics training
In contrast to pure demonstration systems, the CRA Entry Level Education Package enables real hands-on exercises. Students can grip workpieces, define positions and program repeatable motion sequences. This creates realistic automation processes that reflect the use of collaborative robots in industry and production.
Two grippers for realistic applications
The package contains two different gripper technologies so that different tasks can be implemented. The electric vacuum gripper is suitable for flat or lightweight workpieces, while the electric parallel gripper enables classic gripping tasks. This allows different automation scenarios such as pick-and-place or sorting processes to be trained realistically.
Expandable learning platform
The system has a modular design and can be expanded as required. Additional end effectors or vision systems can be integrated using suitable adapters. This means that more complex topics such as object recognition, position determination or camera-supported robotic processes can be integrated into lessons at a later date.
Mobile and compact training station
The training platform is built on a mobile base and can be used flexibly in the laboratory or classroom. Four omnidirectional castors allow easy positioning of the station, while a locking mechanism ensures a stable stand during exercises.
