Battery Act (BattG)

Notice in accordance with the Battery Act

In the context of the sale of batteries or the delivery of devices containing batteries, we would like to point out the following in accordance with the Battery Act (BattG):

It is a legal requirement that batteries and rechargeable batteries may not be disposed of with household waste. As the end user, you are obliged to return used batteries. Used batteries can contain harmful substances that can damage the environment or health if stored or disposed of improperly. At the same time, batteries contain important raw materials such as iron, zinc, manganese or nickel, which can be recycled. You can either return the used batteries supplied or managed by us to us after use or dispose of them free of charge in the immediate vicinity (e.g. in shops or at municipal collection points). The environment and Funduino GmbH thank you for your cooperation.

In accordance with the Battery Act on the return and disposal of used batteries, we are obliged to take back for disposal the new batteries we sell from our range or the devices we supply. You can therefore return used batteries to us free of charge. Simply send the old batteries or rechargeable batteries to us together with a short note (e.g. "Waste battery disposal"):
