GY-MAX4466 Electret microphone, amplifier
- Item no: F23107619
- Weight: 0,00 kg
The GY-MAX4466 is a microphone amplifier module based on the MAX4466.
The module is characterized by particularly good sound and low noise and has a 20 - 20kHz microphone. With the built-in trim potentiometer a gain of 25x to 125x can be set. It is suitable for projects such as voice changers, audio recording / sampling or audio reactive projects.
Simple connection: GND for the ground connection, VCC for the input voltage and OUT for the audio signal (as a waveform). For the best result, the lowest possible supply voltage is recommended (e.g. 3.3 V for Arduino).
For audio-reactive projects, the use of an FFT driver library is recommended, which can record the audio input and "translate" it into frequencies.
Note:
The output pin of the module is not suitable for loudspeakers. An audio amplifier is required for a direct connection to a loudspeaker. No amplifier or decoupling capacitor is required for a connection to a microcontroller pin; the OUT pin can be connected directly to the ADC pin of the microcontroller.
