Pixy Cam, AI camera V2.1 - Camera with artificial intelligence

Overview:

• the camera processes images with an included processor and only sends useful information (object index, coordinates) to the controller
• new in version 2.1: hardly any chromatic distortion
• possible applications: Tracking of objects, object recognition, recognition of intersections and traffic signs

How it works:

The Pixy AI camera is trained using software (PixyMon). Within this software, objects are determined visually by pressing a button, which are automatically recognized by the camera after a short training phase. The camera not only compares shapes at different viewing angles, but also recognizes the relative position of the object within the camera's detection radius, as well as up to 7 colour signatures. This enables a wide range of applications, such as the construction of an intelligent and autonomous vehicle.

The PixyMon application is compatible with Windows, macOS and Linux.
