Spot welding set for lithium-ion batteries, 12V

This circuit board is suitable for welding lithium batteries such as 18650, 26650 or 32650 or for welding nickel parts on lithium batteries and nickel-chromium batteries. Depending on the configuration, the thickness of the material to be welded can vary between 0.1 mm and 0.15 mm.

The circuit board is designed to have a low internal resistance, which results in a higher current output. In addition, there are external pads for LEDs and integrated buttons to facilitate the connection.

It is a semi-finished printed circuit board. To use it, you will need basic electrical knowledge and practical skills. You should also have the necessary tools such as pliers, screwdrivers and soldering irons to hand.

Requirements

You will need your own 12V battery as a power source for operation. The welding current is around 90A to 130A. This means that standard nickel-coated sheets with a thickness of 0.1 mm to 0.12 mm can be welded without any problems.

Important note: Your battery must be able to supply at least 90A, otherwise the device will not work.

Operation

Button function:

1. Switching on the module
2. Changing the power levels

After switching on, the device starts in the first power level by default. Press and hold the button for 2 seconds to switch to the next power level. An acoustic signal (buzzer) and flashing LEDs indicate the current level.

Example:

• Level 3: Buzzer sounds 3 times, LED flashes 3 times.
• There are 5 levels in total. The welding intensity increases from level 1 to 5.

Switching off:
After the 5th level, the appliance switches off when the button is pressed again. When switched off, you can switch the appliance back on by pressing and holding the button. It will then restart in first gear.
