This charge controller can charge a lithium-ion battery directly via a solar panel. Alternatively, in the absence of sunlight, a connected battery can be charged via the integrated USB socket.
It is based on the CN3065 lithium battery charge management chip.

Instructions:
Plug the solar panel into the input connector of the solar charger, insert the rechargeable lithium battery into the battery input interface and start charging.
A battery, a solar module and a consumer circuit can be connected to the three JST-PH connectors.
