This DIY Smart Car can move automatically along a black roadway. A 7mm wide black roadway on white paper is included. No matter how the roadway is curved, the car always tries to return to the black roadway. As the reflectivity of the light source is different for white and black objects, a red light source is used here. The light is reflected through the floor to the photoresistor. By detecting the resistance, it determines whether the car is driving in the white area. If the black lane is detected, the driving direction changes automatically and the engine slows down or stops if necessary, so that the LED on the front of the PCB goes out. Drive the car in the opposite direction so that it always drives along the road.
