Soldering exercise for SMD and THT soldering. Higher requirement level compared to THT soldering. THT is the term used for through-hole technology. In SMD soldering, the components are placed on solder pads above the circuit board.

Both variants are used in this soldering exercise.

The result is a running light whose speed can be adjusted using a rotary potentiometer.
