Translation of the enclosed instructions:

Place half a bottle of water in the glass bottle and cover the cavity. Then place the wire cap exactly at the position of the bottle mouth, and then insert the straw through the hole of the bottle cap at a length of 1 cm (Note: In Figure 3 below, the straw must not come into contact with the water surface when the bottle is placed on its side, and the opening of the straw must be able to release air).
Attach the wire frame to the neck of the bottle and then insert the stopper into the top of the straw.
Insert the wire frame into the symmetrical third hole on both sides of the base.
Insert the base into the bottom of the boat and then place the candle in the best position to make contact with the bottle. Finally, place the boat in the water, light the candle and check that the boat moves slowly forward.
