Filling and packaging products are important tasks in the field of industrial robotics. With this learning module, users can set up a training situation for filling and moving model drums.
The learning module is particularly suitable for beginners to learn the basic functions of robots and to deepen the handling of robots. With two drums, two lids and four holders for drums or lids, realistic tasks for gripping, moving, filling, transporting and depositing objects can be simulated. The learning module has been designed so that learners can understand and optimize the entire process from programming to precise execution.
Thanks to its flexible concept, the learning module can be specifically integrated into lessons and training courses and promotes application-oriented learning about robotics and automation.
Of course, the components of the "Drum Filling" learning module are also compatible with the Funduino Workspace. Each element is precisely tailored to the hole pattern of the workspace. This ensures that a programmed sequence is always fully functional and that all parts are positioned exactly. Even if the workspace is completely dismantled and rebuilt.

2x drum
- Barrel outer dimension height approx. 95mm, diameter 62mm
- Barrel inner dimension height approx. 87mm, diameter 55mm
2x barrel lid
- Easy centering. The inner part is conical so that the lid is centered on the barrel even if it is moved slightly inaccurately.
- There is a clip on the inside of the lid. Light pressure on the lid locks it into the drum. This allows the entire drum to be lifted with a suction pad after the lid has been placed on the lid.
4x shelf
- The trays are compatible with barrels and lids. This means that each drum and each lid has its own shelf.
- The trays are stackable. This allows the lids to be stored as a tower.
- The trays have a straight outer edge at four points and can therefore also be lifted and repositioned by the robot's gripper.
