The "Battery Test" learning module is used to simulate individual robotic processes from industry. The individual parts of the learning module are moved and used with the aid of gripping tools such as suction pads from the DOBOT E6, CR3, Dobot CR5 or Universal Robots UR3 and Universal Robots UR5.
The core of the learning module is the electronic test module. This is where the 9V battery is inserted upside down by the robot. The voltage of the battery is shown on a display. Depending on the set test voltage, the module outputs a voltage to the yellow socket, which in turn is connected to a digital input on the robot. This gives the robot feedback as to whether the battery currently in use is good or bad. In the subsequent process, the robot controller determines where the good and bad batteries are stored.
All modules lock together and on top of each other. There are two trays for good and bad batteries. In addition, there are two trays in which two batteries can be stored and transported. These trays can be lifted from above using a suction gripper, but can also be picked up from the side using a regular gripper.
The aim is to fill the trays and move them to the test location. There, the trays can be stored on top of each other.
All modules are compatible with the enclosed perforated plate and also with other learning modules from Funduino GmbH.
The learning module consists of the following individual parts:
- 1x electrical test module with connection sockets
- 2x movable tray (battery holder)
- 2x battery tray (movable via gripping tool)
- Pallet as tray / movable by suction pad through smooth pad in the middle of the pallet.
- 2x perforated aluminum plate
