The Raspberry Pi 7-inch touchscreen display has a resolution of 800 x 480 pixels and has an adapter board that is mounted on the back of the display and is responsible for the power supply and signal conversion. With the latest version of the Raspbian OS operating system, the display has an integrated on-screen keyboard and full support for 10-finger touch. This enables full operation of the Raspberry without a physical mouse or keyboard.
