Overview:

XY-CD60 charge controller
battery - charge controller module DC6-60V with final charge control and low voltage protection.

• Protects the battery from undervoltage
• Protects the battery from overcharge

• Extends battery life.

Using the built-in relay to activate or deactivate the current flow.
If the battery voltage is insufficient, disconnect the load and connect the charger.
If the battery voltage is too high, disconnect the charger and connect the load.

The adjustable parameters can be configured on the LCD screen.
With a control voltage of 6-60V, it is suitable for rechargeable batteries, lithium batteries, etc.

The module is designed for current up to 10A.

Functions

Charge mode IN:

By setting the upper limit voltage (UP) and lower limit voltage (DN): when the battery voltage is ≤ the lower limit voltage (dn), the relay will be turned on and the charger will start charging the battery. When the battery voltage is ≥ the upper limit voltage (UP), the relay is disconnected to complete the automatic charging. The relay is turned on and "IN" flashes to indicate that charging is taking place.

Discharge mode OUT:

By setting the upper limit voltage (UP) and lower limit voltage (DN): when the battery voltage is ≥ the upper limit voltage (UP), the relay is turned on and starts discharging. When the battery voltage is less than or equal to the lower limit voltage (dn), the relay is disconnected to complete the automatic discharge. The relay will turn on and "OUT" will flash to indicate that discharging is occurring.

Note: This product is a voltage regulator that is turned on and off by a relay. The module acts as a switch and there is no conversion of voltage.

Button functions:
UP button: short press displays percentage and time, long press for 5 seconds changes mode (charge mode: IN, discharge mode: OUT).
SET button: short press displays current parameters, long press opens parameter setting menu. UP: upper voltage limit, DN: lower voltage limit, OP: conduction time, dOP: delayed on-time (0-999 seconds), with FOP in discharge mode: forced on-time (0-10 seconds).
DOWN key: short press turns relay on/off (emergency stop function).

Parameter setting:
A. Press and hold SET key to enter parameter setting menu.
B. After entering menu, short press SET key to set parameter.
C. After selecting parameter, use UP/DOWN keys to adjust parameter.
D. For other parameter, repeat steps b) and c).
E. After completing parameter settings, long press SET key to save and exit.

Load/unload timing function:

When the OP time parameter is set to a non-zero value, the charge/discharge timing starts. When the relay is activated, the timing starts. When the time is completed, the relay is automatically disconnected to complete the process. During the second charge/discharge process, the timing control is automatically disabled. In charging mode, the control is deactivated when the detection voltage is < lower limit voltage dn. In discharge mode, the control is deactivated when the detection voltage > upper limit voltage UP. A flashing "H:ER" indicates that the time parameter is nonsensical. Any key will stop the flashing.
