Product Description

This transparent PE compressed air hose is suitable for transporting compressed air in workshops, laboratory setups, and pneumatic test rigs. The hose is sold by the meter and can be cut to length as needed, then connected using standard compressed air couplings.

The material is chemically resistant to many media and allows for visual monitoring of the flow. The hose is supplied by the meter and requires cutting to length and the installation of connection fittings by the user. To ensure stable, long-term operation, the maximum pressure of 10 bar must not be exceeded. The operating temperature range is limited to −20 to +60 °C.

In automated test systems, hoses of this type are used to control pneumatic cylinders, as well as in mobile compressor installations or for connecting compressed-air tools. Laboratory setups benefit from the material’s transparency, as contamination or blockages can be detected immediately. The hose assembly is also suitable for food-processing facilities, provided it is equipped with approved fittings.

An external compressed air source is required for operation. The hose is supplied in 25-meter rolls; leftover lengths can be stored for future projects. Push-to-connect couplings and threaded fittings must be purchased separately.

Safety Notice

Do not use this hose in compressed air systems connected to the domestic water supply or in gas pipeline installations. The hose is intended exclusively for the construction of pneumatic test setups and test compressed-air systems.
