The ball caster has a round mounting shape and enables a very flat installation. The distance between the floor and the underside of the object is only approx. 10 mm. The bearing housing curves upwards in the middle of the module to achieve this low installation height. This means that a hole of d=22mm is required in the center of the roller bearing in the installation object in order to countersink the bearing housing in the object.
