The sponge becomes larger / thicker after soaking and the dense cleaning holes can quickly clean the oxide on the surface of the soldering iron tip. The alloy layer of the soldering iron tip remains undamaged during cleaning.

Usage and precautions:

1. Let the cleaning sponge soak up enough water before use, squeeze it with your hand and retain about 70% of the water. Hold the soldering iron handle firmly and rub the heated soldering iron tip twice on the cleaning block. As soon as the upper tin layer is shiny again and the soldering iron tip is clean, the soldering process can be carried out immediately. 
2. The cleaning sponge should be fully immersed in water before use and placed in the soldering iron rack after squeezing to prevent the soldering iron rack from coming into direct contact with water at high temperatures and accelerating oxidation. 
3. Prevent the soldering iron tip from oxidizing, overheating and burning and remove solder residue.
