Product Description

A complete print head with an integrated hot end and heating system is used to melt plastic for 3D printing and apply it to the print bed. This module operates on a 24-V power supply, which is compatible with standard printer boards.

The hot end heats the filament to the required melting temperature, while the integrated heating jacket keeps the print bed warm. Both functions are monitored by thermistors that report the actual temperature to the controller board. Since the print head can be replaced as a complete unit, realignment is not necessary, and the downtime until the next print session is significantly reduced.

Faulty or worn nozzles are quickly replaced with this complete system. Maintenance work and cleaning breaks are eliminated in the event of misalignment or wear of the hot end during ongoing printing operations. In workshops that operate multiple printer groups, the quick replacement enables shorter downtime and continuous production.

The module is designed for use with the specified printer model. Connection to the heater and sensors is made via the printer’s designated connection pins; soldering or modifications to power lines are not required. Operation requires a functional controller board and a stable 24-V power supply.
