Product Description
This robotic arm is suitable for beginners and school projects aimed at hands-on learning in warehouse management or automation technology. With a 320 mm reach and a payload of up to 500 g, it handles typical tasks such as moving objects between storage locations or simple assembly work.
Programming is done via a graphical user interface that requires no prior knowledge, or using Blockly and Python, depending on the student’s progress. The included robotic arm with an integrated electric gripper is controlled via the controller system. The learning module offers predefined scenarios for warehouse simulation, pallet swapping, sorting tasks involving multiple containers, and order picking based on order lists. Those who wish to explore basic concepts on their own can also program their own motion sequences.
Typical projects include simulating a small warehouse system with multiple locations, handling workpieces by material or color, or completing order preparation under real-time pressure. The workspace limits of approximately 320 mm in all directions determine the project size; larger setups require multi-axis systems.
A 100–240 V power connection is required for operation; the system is delivered ready to use. Knowledge of electrical engineering is not required. Those who wish to use Blockly or Python will work with the included software and will need a PC or tablet with internet access for the programming environment.
Safety Notice
The robotic arm performs movements that can cause pinching if it comes into contact with fingers or loose objects. Hands and long hair must be kept out of the work area. The system is not intended for installation in a residential electrical circuit and is intended solely for educational, testing, and development purposes. Work on or in the immediate vicinity of the electrical installation must be performed by qualified electricians; if you have any questions regarding the correct power supply, consult a qualified electrician before commissioning the system.
