The film becomes transparent when a voltage is applied. When inactive, it offers a milky-white opacity. Perfect for privacy requirements in a wide range of applications.

Overview:

• Switchable privacy film made from PDLC (liquid crystal)
• When a voltage is applied, the film becomes transparent.
• The opacity can be variably adjusted.
• The haze disappears as the voltage increases. From approx. 45 volts (direct current or alternating current) the film is almost clear.
• When switched off, the film resembles "frosted glass"
• Suitable for all applications where privacy is required. Or if you just want to be a little creative.
• The film has a protective film on both sides, which must be removed before use, otherwise the result will be "milky".
• The film is self-adhesive on one side (after the protective film has been removed), for example on glass panes or acrylic glass panels
