Product Description

The cookie stamp for the Dobot Magician learning module expands the familiar robot arm mechanics with a specialized application for pressing and stamping dough and other soft materials. The system utilizes a reciprocating motion of the stamping tool, which is controlled by the four axes.

With a reach of up to 700 mm and a payload capacity of 500 g, it can operate on work surfaces of various heights and handle larger portions of dough or moist materials. Visual programming requires no prior knowledge; even schoolchildren can define sequences, such as repeated stamping on a baking surface.

The module is suitable for school projects in the fields of robotics and automation—such as those focusing on repeatability and process automation—or for bakeries and pastry shops as an introduction to semi-automated production. The stamping tools are available in various designs, ranging from geometric shapes to logo imprints.

In addition to the Dobot Magician base model, operation requires a 24-V power supply (if not already available) and a computer or tablet with a USB port for the software. Inserts and stamp molds are purchased separately depending on the application.
