DOBOT MG400 - Compact desktop robot for flexible automation
The DOBOT MG400 is an ultra-compact 4-axis desktop robot for precise automation tasks in confined spaces. Thanks to its integrated design with a controller built into the base, simple commissioning and intuitive operation, the system is particularly suitable for pick-and-place, feeding and depositing tasks as well as small automation cells.
With a footprint of just 190 × 190 mm, a repeat accuracy of ±0.05 mm and functions such as drag-to-teach and collision detection, the MG400 is especially designed for flexible small series, laboratory environments, technical workstations and light production applications.
Highlights
- Ultra-compact 4-axis desktop robot
- Footprint of only 190 × 190 mm
- Repeat accuracy of ±0.05 mm
- Drag-to-teach for fast teaching processes
- Graphical programming, LUA and app control supported
- Integrated controller in the base for space-saving integration
- Suitable for dynamic conveyor belt connection via encoder interface
Benefits / areas of application
The DOBOT MG400 is suitable for compact automation tasks in electronics, laboratories, education, research and smaller production environments. Typical applications include pick-and-place processes, parts handling, feeding, simple assembly processes as well as test and demonstration setups.
Thanks to its small footprint, the MG400 can also be integrated into existing workstations, desktop cells or mobile automation setups. The combination of simple operation and compact mechanics makes it particularly interesting for small and medium-sized companies with changing tasks.
