This sensor works with voltages up to 5V. The sensor outputs an analog value of 0 to 5V as a signal. In bright light (full daylight), this sensor outputs approximately the supply voltage and when it is completely covered, it outputs 0 V. In a typical indoor lighting situation, the sensor will output approximately 1 to 2V.
LilyPad is a wearable e-textile technology and each LilyPad is designed with large connection pads so that it can be sewn into clothing.
Various input, output, power supply and sensor cards are available. Many modules are even washable!
