    Grove-SEN54 All-in-one environmental sensor

    Description

    Grove-SEN54 is an integrated environmental sensor that combines particulate matter, VOCs (volatile organic compounds), humidity and temperature measurements and is suitable for highly accurate and long-term measurements. 

    The sensor is equipped with sensing components that can change the strength of the current according to a specific gas to measure VOCs, applying the same principle to the measurement of temperature and relative humidity. The sensor has a laser generator and a filter, as it uses the laser scattering method to calculate the particle size of the gas passing through the sensor to provide accurate PM1.0, PM2.5, PM4 and PM10 detection. It continuously outputs the above 7 signals and the sampling interval is only 1 second.

    Based on the complex mathematical algorithm and model, the sensor is designed to output calibrated digital signals to ensure superior detection accuracy. The sensor components on it are characterized by high robustness, so that the cable can be used around the clock for up to 10 years. Three operating modes are available to the user, which is helpful for edge deployment. It costs only 6.5 mA in RHT/gas-only measurement mode and 0.7 mA in idle mode, while the full function of the measurement mode can be programmed to be switched on or off via the IIC function.
