Overview:
- the sensor outputs a digital signal as soon as a touch is detected at the tip of the sensor
- the analog value can be read out in the serial monitor or otherwise processed
- the relative analog value can also be used e.g. for temperature measurement or measurement of magnetic field strength
- outputs an inverted signal (the analog value decreases when touched)
- a calibration of the sensor can be done via the trimmer potentiometer
