MDS150 A1600V MDS150-1600V Three-Phase Bridge Rectifier

 Bridge rectifier to convert AC current to DC current.

The maximum average forward DC current is 150A. It has large overcurrent capacity, good heat dissipation and low voltage drop.

The MDS150A is a power module with various functions and applications.

Electrical isolation of chip and PCB: The module has electrical isolation between the chip and PCB with an isolation rating of 2500V AC.
DC power supply for instrumentation devices: it can be used as DC power supply for instruments and devices.
Excellent temperature characteristics and power cycling capability: it has good temperature performance and can effectively handle power cycling.
PWM frequency converter: it can be used as pulse width modulation (PWM) frequency converter. PWM is a technique for controlling the average voltage supplied to a load by turning it on and off quickly.
