Overview:

  • Voltage ranges: A port: 1.2V to 3.6V; B port: 1.65V to 5.5V (VCCA < VCCB)
  • VCC isolation function: if one of the VCC inputs is connected to GND, all outputs become high-impedance
  • OE input circuit: refers to VCC, low current consumption (5 µA ICC)

Product description (TXB0104 module):

  • Bidirectional 4-bit voltage level converter with automatic direction detection
  • Non-inverting, uses two separate configurable power supply rails
  • A port follows VCCA (1.2V to 3.6V)
  • B port follows VCCB (1.65V to 5.5V)
  • enables bidirectional low-voltage translation between different voltage nodes (1.2V, 1.5V, 1.8V, 2.5V, 3.3V, 5V)
  • VCCA should not exceed VCCB
