This high-quality EPE foam sheet (Expanded Polyethylene Foam) is the ideal solution for professional packaging, protection and cushioning applications. Thanks to its closed-cell structure, it offers excellent shock absorption while remaining lightweight. Sensitive products are reliably protected against mechanical stress, moisture and external influences.
The material is made from pure LDPE using a physical foaming process and impresses with its consistent quality, high elasticity and long-term dimensional stability. The uniform cell structure ensures reliable performance even under repeated stress.

The foam sheet is made of expanded polyethylene (EPE) based on LDPE. It does not contain any harmful substances such as CFCs, formaldehyde or heavy metals and meets current environmental requirements (RoHS-compliant). The material is non-corrosive and does not react with packaged products such as metal, paper or painted surfaces.
