Small signal instrumentation amplifier AD620 Transmitter, high-precision microvolt/millivolt voltage amplifier

The AD620 is used as the main amplifier to amplify microvolt and millivolt signals. The amplification is adjustable in the range from 1.5 to 10,000 times. High precision, low offset values and better linearity. Adjustable zero point to improve accuracy. Can be used to amplify AC and DC signals.

  • maximum voltage output range: ± 10 V
  • Signal input voltage: 100uV-300mV, zero adjustable
  • Signal output range: ± (Vin-2V)

  • Gain: 1.5-1000 times adjustable, zero adjustable

  • Input signal voltage: 100uV--300mV
  • Signal output range: ± (Vin - 2V)
  • Negative voltage output: greater than -Vin. Due to the problem of the internal resistance of the negative voltage chip, the actual output is greater than -Vin, and the greater the load power, the greater the voltage drop.
  • Offset voltage: 50μV.
  • Input bias current: 1.0nA (maximum).
  • Common mode rejection ratio: 100dB
  • Offset voltage drift: 0.6μV/°C (maximum).
  • Stability, time: 2μV/month maximum
  • Dimensions: 49.9 x 25.7 x 14.4 mm
