The Single Pole Double Throw SPDT Relay is ideal for applications that require a choice between two options. With a common connection and two contacts, it enables the control of two devices.

The SPDT relay (30 A) consists of coil, common terminal, normally closed (NC) and normally open (NO) terminal. The coil has a voltage of 5 V, the switching contact a current of up to 30 A (at 250 VAC, 30 VDC). Suitable for controlling AC or high-current DC devices.

Why use a relay? A relay is necessary if you want to switch on/off devices with high current consumption or high voltage.
