The Dynamixel X series is the latest network servo motor series from ROBOTIS. The XH540-W270-R servo motor has contactless magnetic encoders, enabling 360° rotations at a speed of up to 46 rpm. Torques of up to 11.7N.m are possible with an applied voltage of 14.8V. These outstanding performance features combined with the extremely low weight of only 165g result in a very powerful servo motor for universal applications.
Cable routing
In addition, the cable routing of the Dynamixel X series has been fundamentally revised, resulting in even greater reliability. The cables are no longer connected to the rear of the servo motor, as is usual with the AX/MX series, but are routed past the pivot and pivot points, which puts less strain on the cables and minimizes exposed cables.
