ROBOTIS is a well-known manufacturer of robotics development platforms and components. This company also manufactures industrial quality servo motors and interfaces under the name DYNAMIXEL. The MX-106T servo motors are equipped with an integrated reduction ratio of 225:1, a controller with feedback and driver. In combination with the TTL interface, the servos can be controlled very precisely and also provide the control unit with feedback on the current position at all times. The maximum resolution (position accuracy) is 0.088°. As each servo can be assigned a unique ID, the servos can be connected in series (one behind the other, as shown below), thus reducing wiring to a minimum.
