Atomstack power - laser cutter 20 W

The AtomStack Kraft Dual Laser Cutter is a powerful dual laser cutter and engraver that combines a 20 W blue diode laser with a 1.2 W infrared (IR) laser in a single device. This dual laser technology offers high flexibility and allows the processing of a very wide range of materials without the need to change laser heads.

Laser technology and mode of operation

The device works with three switching modes: pure diode laser, pure IR laser or combined dual laser, so that both deep cuts and precise engravings are possible in a single pass. The blue diode laser is particularly suitable for deep cutting and engraving in organic and non-metallic materials, while the IR laser can engrave specific metal surfaces.

Working range and precision

The working area of the Kraft measures 50 × 32 cm, which offers sufficient space for medium-sized projects or several smaller objects at the same time. The integrated 16 MP HD camera with preview function allows designs to be positioned precisely before the laser process is started. In addition, a one-button autofocus ensures optimal distance between laser and material, increasing accuracy and efficiency.

Versatile processing

More than 300 different materials can be cut and engraved with the AtomStack Kraft. These include, among others:

• Wood, leather, paper, MDF, fabrics and acrylic

• Plastics and dark glass

• Metals such as gold, silver, brass, iron, aluminum and stainless steel

• Stone, ceramics, PCB plates and many other materials

The ability to switch between different laser types or use both in parallel makes the cutter ideal for a wide range of applications.

Safety and ease of use

The laser is housed in a fully enclosed system and meets the safety requirements of laser class 1, allowing operation without additional safety goggles. Safety features include flame detection, an integrated air pump to extinguish the flame and an improved extraction and filter system that reduces smoke and dust. Other protective functions such as an emergency stop switch and automatic switch-off when the lid is open ensure safe operation.
