The "Car Production" learning module is used to simulate individual manufacturing processes from industry. The individual parts of the model vehicle are assembled with the help of gripping tools such as suction pads from the DOBOT E6, CR3, Dobot CR5 or Universal Robots UR3 and Universal Robots UR5. All modules lock onto and against each other. The two doors are held in place on the body by magnets after insertion. The hood and trunk lid lock into place by simply inserting and removing them.

The individual parts are stored in trays that can be attached to the workstation with screws or simply with adhesive tape.

The trays are also compatible with the perforated plates and learning modules from Funduino GmbH.

The learning module consists of the following individual parts

- Lower body (chassis with seats)

- Upper body

- Front left door

- Left rear door

- Door right front

- Door right rear

- Hood

- Trunk lid

Depending on the robot tool, different work steps can be carried out. Even with a simple suction gripper, the four doors, the hood and the trunk lid can be assembled by robot. A gripper tool is required to transport the two body parts (top and bottom).
