General information about shipping at Funduino 

How long will it take to receive my order?

95.2% of our shipments within Germany are delivered within a maximum of two working days. In individual cases, for example when shipping bulky goods or to other European countries, slightly longer delivery times may occur. 

Will I receive a tracking number for my shipment?

We only deliver our goods with a valid tracking number. You can find the tracking number for your order in your account under "My orders". 

Notes on customs clearance when shipping goods to third countries

Please note that customs duties are incurred for shipments to third countries (e.g. Switzerland). Customs duties are charged separately by the respective customs office of the countries concerned when the goods are imported.

Reimbursement of sales tax for goods exported to third countries

If you receive your order in Germany and then wish to export it to a third country for further use, you can have the VAT refunded retroactively. The prerequisite for this is a completed form or the submission of the original invoice with customs stamp, as well as compliance with the statutory deadlines. 
You will be refunded the VAT on the original means of payment. We charge a processing fee of €15.00 for this service. 

We think about the environment - do you?

All employees of our company are instructed to avoid producing avoidable waste. If possible, we will also use cardboard packaging or filling material for your order that has already been in the shipping cycle. However, you canalways be sure   that we only use tested shipping materials to ship your order.
