Makera cyclone air filter - two-stage continuous dust extraction

The Makera cyclone air filter was specially developed for CNC milling machines and ensures an efficient, clean and virtually maintenance-free working environment. Thanks to its two-stage extraction system - consisting of cyclone separation and multi-stage filtration - chips and dust particles are reliably removed during machining. The result: continuous operation without cleaning interruptions and a significantly longer filter service life.

Cyclone system suitable for industrial use

The innovative cyclone principle separates up to 97 % of coarse chips before they reach the filter. These particles are fed directly into the 6-liter dust container, which means that the filters last three times longer than with conventional systems. This keeps the suction power constantly high - without blockages or frequent filter changes.

Triple filter stage

The integrated triple filter system offers maximum air purity:

• Pre-filter sponge traps larger particles.

• HEPA filter (99.99 % efficiency) removes almost all fine dust.

• Activated carbon filter neutralizes unpleasant odours.

This means you breathe clean air even during long milling sessions and work in a much healthier environment.

Whisper-quiet performance

With a maximum noise level of just 70 dB, the Makera cyclone air filter is significantly quieter than conventional workshop extractors. Ideal for use in living rooms, offices, educational institutions or makerspaces - without disturbing noise levels or hearing fatigue.
