| Design & cut | Remove remnants | transfer |
| Create your design and place the material on the cutting mat with the PET underside facing down. Cut out your design using your LOKLiK Crafter, Cricut or Silhouette cutting machine. | Remove excess vinyl, but leave the rest of your design on the PET backing. | Place a piece of transfer tape over the design and transfer it to the tape using a palette knife. Peel off the tape. |

| Place your motif on the project surface, go over it with a scraper and peel off the tape. | You can now start painting your motif. | Wait until the paint has dried. However, make sure that it is not yet completely dry and is still slightly damp. Carefully remove the stencil. |
