Extruder Gear / Gearwheel for Creality K1 /K1 Max / K1C

The extruder gear for Creality K1 is a precision-manufactured gear that has been specially developed for the extruder of the Creality K1, Creality K1Max and Creality K1C 3D printers.

It is made of solid metal and is used as a replacement for the extruder's plastic wheel driven by the electric motor, which always wears out after a certain time and initially leads to gaps in the print image. A short time later, the broken teeth cause the extrusion to stop. It is sufficient to simply replace the driven gear wheel with a metal gear wheel. The metal gear and the remaining plastic gear are compatible with each other.

The full metal gear ensures a consistent and reliable filament feed, resulting in improved print quality and a reduction in misprints.

Made of robust and wear-resistant material, the extruder gear is durable and resistant to wear, even with intensive use and high printing temperatures. The precise serration ensures an optimal grip on the filament, ensuring a constant material flow.

Thanks to the simple installation, the extruder gear can be replaced quickly and easily.
